First post!

Welcome to my blog!!!

As this is my first blog post please excuse any rookie mistakes I apologise in advance I'm not a pro...yet.

I have never studied Media Studies before as my school didn't give it as an option at GCSE however if I had the chance then I would have chosen it as it's a subject I've always wanted to study. One thing I have always enjoyed doing is watching films and TV and love watching all the behind the scenes also and that's why I'm looking forward to doing media because ill be learning what they do behind the scenes and all the different pieces that are out together to make a film/tv/clip.

Our first lesson we were sent to do some camera shots which I really enjoyed because it was getting straight into practical which I like as I'm not the type to be sat behind a desk if you know what I mean. So finding out we have 3 practical lessons mad me vey happy!

On this blog I'll be sharing my first project (creating a 2 and a half minute film opening) which sounds great and I'm looking forward to the end product.

I hope everyone likes it and enjoys seeing the steps in my project to see the end result!
