Legal documents
Before we could begin filming my group and I needed to fill in some legal documents which helped to ensure that during filming everyone who is taking part in the production of 'Raven Call's' will be safe. First of all we had to get our two extras- Josh Attwell and Sophie Turton- to sign a contract which stated that they gave their permission that they would be in our production and that they cannot ask for the film to be taken off of YouTube for whatever they're reasoning maybe.
We then began through the progress of finding our locations for filming and this meant that we had to fill in a 'risk assessment'. This is a contract which we fill in with all the dangers which could possibly occur while filming, while filling this in we have to be practical and realistic as it is a very serious document as it considers the safety of everyone that will be on set, this document is not only important but its mandatory for anyone producing a film. Below is a photo of our risk assessment which states when we plan on beginning on filming, contact details if anything is to happen, and risks such as drowning etc. (However, in the picture you'll see the names Jade and Ellie these where our actors who backed out so we were lucky to have Josh and Sophie help us out).

The next document we needed to fill in was a shooting schedule and for this we had to produce two as we had two different locations, first was our internal location which we used our headteachers office to fill which was our therapists office. For these documents we had to fill in when we are filming, what props we needed, costumes we were planning on bringing or wearing and what shots we were wanting to film. People who were present where to sign to say that they knew what was planned. Below is our internal shooting schedule.
And below here we have our second document which was our external shooting schedule.
